What I loved about this book were the clearly depicted postures and positions that almost anyone can adopt to decrease pain in their neck or jaw, and to breathe more efficiently. Old injuries have caused me years of jaw discomfort. Much of the pain and fatigue are now considerably lessened because of my having learned and practiced the exercises detailed in the TMJ Healing Plan.
